What ages are the parties best for?
Our celebrations are designed primarily for children approximately ages 3–8, but we're happy to discuss whether an experience would suit your birthday child.

How many children can attend?
Our Princess Visit includes up to 10 children. Our Princess Party and Royal Ballerina Party include up to 12 children. Additional children may be added for $10 + HST each.

Where do you travel?
Once Upon a Twirl serves St. John's and surrounding areas. Travel outside our regular service area may be available for an additional fee.

Does a parent need to stay?
Yes. A responsible adult must remain present throughout the celebration. Our performer provides entertainment and activities, not childcare.

What if my child is shy?
That's completely fine. Children are never forced to participate. They're welcome to watch, warm up at their own pace or join in whenever they're comfortable.

Can we take photos and videos?
Absolutely! Parents and guests are welcome to capture the magical moments during the party.

Do you provide the entire birthday party?
No. Once Upon a Twirl provides the character entertainment experience. The host family remains responsible for the venue, food, decorations, supervision and other party arrangements.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Because our performer is also a student with dance, music and performance commitments, only a limited number of celebrations are available each month.

How do I book?
Send us a booking request with your preferred date, time, character and party package. We'll confirm availability with you before your celebration is officially booked.

Are your characters affiliated with Disney?
No. Once Upon a Twirl's performers portray independently created, fairytale-inspired characters. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Disney or any other entertainment company.
